International Standard Shipping

We aim to provide reliable and affordable international shipping options for our customers.

Orders may require approximately 3–7 business days to process after they are received. Once your order has been shipped, delivery generally takes approximately 15–30 business days, depending on the destination, local postal services, customs procedures, and other factors.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Business days do not include Sundays or public holidays.

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These requirements vary by country and are outside of Lubinski's control.

Once an international package has been shipped and handed over to the shipping carrier, delays caused by customs, local postal services, weather, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

If you experience a tracking issue or your package appears to be delayed, please first contact the shipping carrier using the tracking information provided. If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team so we can assist you in reviewing the shipment status.

For certain orders, we may select a shipping service that requires a signature upon delivery, depending on the order value and destination.

How Can I Track My Order?
